Numerical modelling is the art of describing a very complex scientific problem with a mathematical model to approximate it with a reasonable error margin, and then to program a computer to solve it using an iterative approach.

Its main application scopes are Finite Elements Analysis (FEA), mainly used in structural engineering, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

With these modern calculation methods, it is now possible to solve problems that have no analytical solution and for which only real-life experiments - often costly - could lead to workable results.

At ksytek, we have the knowledge and the tools to carry out FEA or CFD calculations, but we can above all integrate these calculations and tools in our scientific software solutions.
